Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly is sound therapy?
Sound therapy uses specific frequencies and vibrations — through crystal bowls, tuning forks, gongs, chimes, and voice — to support brainwave shifts, calm the nervous system, and reset the body. This is more than relaxing music — it’s vibrational medicine that helps the body release tension, process emotion, and access deep restoration.
What is movement and somatic intelligence?
This is not fitness. This is the body’s own language. Somatic movement supports awareness, regulation, and healing by bringing you back into felt presence. It supports fascia, organs, emotional flow, and nervous system health — helping you move through life with more ease, fluidity, and resilience.
How does intention guide the experience?
Intention is the thread. Whether you’re navigating grief, burnout, creativity, or clarity, we work with your intention to direct the flow of the session. Each experience is intuitive, collaborative, and in service of your body’s wisdom.
Do I need to be spiritual to benefit?
Not at all. You just need a body and a nervous system. This work is grounded in science, energetics, and real human experience — and it’s accessible whether you’re an executive, parent, artist, healer, or just a person trying to feel better.

What should I expect during a private session?
Private sessions are intuitive and fully customized. You may lie down, move gently, breathe deeply, or receive energy and sound directly. Each session responds to your body’s needs — blending elements of sound therapy, movement, breathwork, nervous system techniques, hands-on care, and energetic alignment.
What can I expect during a private session?
Private sessions are intuitive, immersive, and tailored in real-time to your body’s needs. You may lie down, move gently, breathe deeply, or receive hands-on and sound-based support. Sessions may include:
Sound Therapy — using crystal bowls, tuning forks, gongs, and voice to shift brainwaves, regulate your nervous system, and clear energetic blocks.
Fascia Massage — gentle, intelligent bodywork focused on releasing tension, improving circulation, and hydrating your connective tissue.
Lymphatic Sound Massage — combining manual drainage techniques with specific sound frequencies to support detoxification, fluid flow, and immune balance.
Yin & Sound — a deeply restorative session blending long-held floor poses with sound to open the body, release emotional residue, and support deep integration.
Nidra & Sound — a guided meditation into the liminal space between waking and sleep, paired with sound therapy to promote nervous system reset and inner clarity.
Somatic Movement & Breath — gentle, guided movement and breathing to reconnect with your body, release stored tension, and restore emotional flow.
Each session is unique, co-created with your intention, and guided by Christina’s ability to listen deeply to what your system needs — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
What’s the difference between group and private sessions?
Group sessions are immersive, themed journeys shared in community — perfect for energetic resets, nervous system unwinding, or soulful exploration. Private sessions are tailored, 1:1 experiences offering deeper, personalized care — ideal for healing, emotional processing, or major transitions.
Can this help with trauma, grief, or burnout?
Absolutely. This work was created for these moments. Christina offers Conscious Integration Sessions for people navigating trauma, expanded states, nervous system collapse, or spiritual emergence. You don’t need to “hold it together” here — you can fall apart, soften, and rebuild safely.
How often should I come?
It depends on your goals and what your system needs. Some people benefit from weekly sessions for support and regulation; others come monthly or seasonally to maintain balance. We can explore what rhythm feels nourishing for you.
Do you offer sessions for pets?
Yes. Sound and energetic support for animals can be deeply calming and therapeutic — especially for pets with anxiety, illness, aging, or behavioral challenges. These sessions are offered in-person or remotely and can be profoundly effective.
Is this trauma-informed?
Christina’s work goes beyond “trauma-informed.” It is nervous system intelligent, energetically attuned, and rooted in deep embodiment. With respect for consent, pacing, and safety, this work is grounded in Polyvagal Theory, years of mentorship, and lived practice.
Is this a replacement for therapy or medical care?
No. This work is complementary and integrative — not a substitute for licensed therapy or medical treatment. It can powerfully support your healing and growth alongside other modalities, and Christina encourages collaboration with your wellness team.
Do you offer training or mentorship?
Yes. Christina teaches Intro to Sound Healing workshops, practitioner training, and personalized mentorships for facilitators, therapists, coaches, bodyworkers, and curious humans. If you’re ready to deepen your practice or integrate this work into your own offering, you’re welcome here.

What should I wear or bring to a session?
