When sound, movement, and intention align — the body remembers, the mind quiets, and the soul speaks.
A Note from Christina
I didn’t get into this work because it was trendy.
I came to it because I was unwell — in ways no one could see.
For years, I chased the next fix. The next success. The next version of “okay.”
On paper, I looked high-functioning. But inside, I was dysregulated, overextended, and slowly unraveling.
No breathwork class, silent retreat, or green juice could touch what was really going on:
My nervous system was fried.
My spirit was starved.
And my body was trying to tell the truth no one else could hear.
That’s when I found sound.
Not the spa version. Not the fluff.
The real, physical, frequency-based recalibration that dropped me back into myself — cell by cell.
Then came movement. Intention. Massage.
Science. Spirit. Devotion.
And a new relationship with life itself.
I didn’t just “heal.”
I remembered what it felt like to live from wholeness.
And I built a practice around helping others do the same.
My Sound Story
Throughout my life, music and sound were a bridge — to connection, to meaning, to moments of presence. But it wasn’t until thirteen years ago, during one of the most painful chapters of my life, that I discovered how deeply transformative they could be.
A good friend, sensing what I couldn’t yet express, brought me to my first sound bath. No explanation — just trust. That afternoon, guided by Mike Nichols, something profound happened.
I entered a stillness beyond thought. A timeless place beyond words.
Something in me shifted. I came back to myself — softer, clearer, more whole.
From that moment forward, sound became more than something I heard.
It became a way of being — a way to heal, recalibrate, and remember.
Over the years, I continued exploring the body’s wisdom through movement, fitness, and holistic practices. But it was during a trip to Thailand that everything deepened. Under the guidance of my teacher Svetlanna at Shantika Sound Healing in Koh Samui, I didn’t just receive sound — I began to play it, practice it, and offer it.
I fell in love with the science of vibration and frequency — and the profound healing that sound facilitates. It’s powerful. It’s precise. It speaks where words cannot.
Since then, I’ve trained extensively and built a body of work that blends sound therapy, nervous system regulation, intentional movement, and yoga — all grounded in one core truth:
The body never lies — and the mind can be lovingly retrained to listen.
Today, I lead private sessions, group immersions, and destination retreats that are as restorative as they are activating. My method is intuitive and evidence-based, sacred and structured. I offer real experiences that return people to their natural state of balance, vitality, and presence.
And while this work is sacred to me, I also believe in the frequency of joy.
I love dancing in my kitchen.
I sing my favourite music loud and proud.
I laugh a lot and love deeply.
Because being me isn’t about perfection — it’s about being fully present and connected to myself.
This isn’t just a career.
It’s a calling.
And I’m honoured to share it with you.
