P R A C T I C E is a co-created wellness offering by Christina Michael and Paige Hamel, blending the healing arts of yoga, sound, and ritual. Based in Vancouver, BC—with events held both indoors and in nature—this is your invitation to reconnect to your body, breath, and inner rhythm through yoga, sound healing, and embodied movement.

We gather in parks, on the beach, under the moon, in intimate studios, and in destination spaces designed for deep presence and connection. Each offering is intentionally crafted to blend movement, sound, intention, journaling, and nervous system care — all grounded in accessibility, ritual, and real human connection.

Our team includes experienced guides in yoga, meditation, sound journeys, somatic movement, and more, united by a shared devotion to embodiment, transformation, and soul-aligned living.
