Sound Meditation (60 minutes)
A deeply restorative sound experience designed to calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect you to your body’s innate intelligence. This class invites you to lie back, release tension, and receive the healing frequencies of crystal bowls, chimes, and resonant tones. No effort required — just presence, breath, and deep listening.Acoustic Instruments Include: Gong, Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Drums, Chalices, Chimes and curated playlist.

Yin Yoga & Sound (Tibetan Bowls + Chimes)
A slow, grounding practice that combines deep Yin postures with the healing resonance of Tibetan singing bowls and chimes. As the body softens into long-held stretches, sound frequencies work in harmony to release tension, restore the nervous system, and invite a deeper state of presence.Tibetan bowls produce low, grounding frequencies that naturally guide the brain into slower wave states — supporting deep rest, emotional release, and energetic recalibration. Their rich overtones resonate through the fascia and subtle body, helping to dissolve stored tension and promote balance from within. Chimes offer lighter, higher frequencies that clear mental fog and elevate awareness.
During savasana, bowls may be gently placed on the body to deepen the experience — allowing the sound to be felt as well as heard, encouraging profound stillness, cellular healing, and somatic release.

Unlike more active styles, Yin invites stillness, surrender, and softness. This makes it essential for restoring balance in a fast-paced, overstimulated world. Yoga Nidra is a guided practice of conscious rest that invites you into a liminal space between waking and sleep — a state where healing, rewiring, and restoration happen naturally. Through breath awareness, body scanning, and intention (sankalpa), you're guided into deep stillness where the nervous system can reset and the subconscious mind becomes more receptive.
This session is supported by live sound therapy using gong, drums, and chimes — instruments chosen for their grounding, releasing, and harmonizing effects.
The drum supports rooting and rhythmic safety in the body.
The gong washes through the nervous system to dissolve tension and clear mental debris.
The chimes offer higher frequencies to uplift, soothe, and realign subtle energy.
