For years, I looked outside myself for the answers — pushing, performing, perfecting.
On paper, I had it together.
But inside, I was dysregulated, depleted, and quietly disconnected from my own body.
I tried everything: talk therapy, workouts, retreats, books. Nothing truly landed — until I discovered the power of sound, movement, and nervous system attunement. That’s when everything shifted. I stopped chasing wholeness and started remembering it.
This became my path — and now, it’s my practice.
I’m Christina Michael, a facilitator of transformation through sound, movement, and intention. I guide high-performers, seekers, and soulful humans back to their own brilliance — not by adding more, but by helping them release what no longer serves.

HOW I FOUND SOUND
Throughout my life, music and sound were my bridge — to connection, to meaning, to moments of presence. But it wasn’t until thirteen years ago, during one of the most painful chapters of my life, that I discovered just how deeply transformative they could be.
A good friend, sensing what I couldn’t yet express, brought me to my first sound bath. No explanation, just trust. That afternoon, guided by Mike Nichols, something profound happened. I entered a stillness beyond thought. A timeless place beyond words. Something in me shifted. I came back to myself — softer, clearer, more whole.
From that moment forward, sound became more than something I heard — it became a way of being. A way to heal, recalibrate, and remember.
Over the years, I continued to explore the body’s wisdom through movement, fitness, and holistic practices. But it was during a trip to Thailand that I intentionally began a new relationship with sound — not just to receive it, but to play, practice, and share what I love so much. Under the guidance of my teacher, Svetlanna at Shantika Sound Healing in Koh Samui, I deepened my understanding of sound as both an ancient medicine and a modern tool for nervous system regulation and emotional release.
I’ve fallen in love with the science of vibration and frequency — and the profound healing, connection, and transformation that sound facilitates. It’s powerful, it’s precise, and it speaks where words cannot.
Since then, I’ve trained extensively and now hold space for others the way it is held for me — with presence, precision, and care. I’m expanding my work to include sound therapy education and global retreats, offering experiences rooted in both science and spirit: sound, yoga, nervous system regulation, and intentional movement — all anchored in one core truth: the body never lies, and the mind can be lovingly re-trained to listen.
Today, I lead private sessions, group immersions, and destination retreats that are as restorative as they are empowering. My approach blends intuitive care with evidence-based practices, always designed to return you to your natural state of balance and vitality.
And while this work is sacred to me, I also believe in the frequency of joy. I dance barefoot in the kitchen. I cry during good songs. I laugh loudly and love deeply. Because healing isn’t about perfection — it’s about presence.
This isn’t just my career. It’s my calling. And I’m honoured to share it with you.
