Mentorship
A conversation about your experience, your priorities and practical ways to support yourself through change.
Explore mentorship ↗Your body is changing. Sleep, energy, skin and relationships may feel different—and the advice can be overwhelming. You deserve room to ask questions and support that sees the whole of you.
Through perimenopause, menopause and other life transitions, we bring together education, movement, nervous system awareness, mentorship and restorative care, alongside your healthcare support. Men, partners and employers can find space to learn and support change, too.

Perimenopause, menopause and surgical menopause can bring questions about sleep, energy, skin, relationships, identity and how you feel in your body. Women’s health is broader still.
I bring personal experience of perimenopause and menopause, menopause coaching education and a background in movement, sound and nervous system education. I collaborate with professionals in women’s health and wellbeing, bringing complementary perspectives to the support I offer. Together, we can make space for your questions and explore supportive practices that fit your life.
I also support men, partners and employers who want to better understand perimenopause and menopause, and how to support someone experiencing them. There is space for questions, honest conversation and practical ways to navigate change together—at home and at work.
You may be finding a new relationship with your body, your energy, your work or the people around you. You don’t have to make sense of everything at once.
We can begin with what matters to you: movement and strength, nervous system awareness, skin and body care, or a conversation about the changes you’re experiencing.
My role brings together mentorship, education and restorative experiences. When you need another perspective, I work alongside practitioners with complementary expertise.
